He says stuff like, "thank you, Buddy". I'll say, "I'm Mommy, can you call me Mommy?". Of course, then he'll answer "NOPE!", the only answer he has to any question. He only says yes when excited about something and puts a fist in the air and says "YES!!!". (which he first copied me when I was thrilled to come across a Sonic when we were in Texas....that's a way to get a kid excited about fast food!)
We'll see how long "Buddy" will last for, I'm sure it could be worse!
