Elijah Beckett is my little sweetie! He has been such a wonderful baby! So easy going, so precious, such a delight and joy to my life! I am so thankful to be his mommy! He makes motherhood a breeze! He has the best smile, has the happiest demeanor and already a love and eye for his big brother! He also has the cutest mohawk hair and it's actually curlier than Adler's was! I am also really enjoying being a 2nd time mom. I'm getting to really soak in each moment and savor our time together. Instead of looking forward to the next milestone, I'm almost sad to see him grow! I think my Pediatrician also likes me better as a 2nd time mom, I've made quite a decrease in phone calls to the medical advice line this time around! Can't believe our little guy is 4 months! He is rolling from tummy to back and back to tummy, likes to "stand" with his legs and is doing great with his head and neck control! Our home scale says he is weighing in at 17lbs. Adler was 18lbs 6oz at 4 months, so Eli is still a tad smaller, but we are not complaining! (think our backs could use the break!) He is wearing some 3-6 month clothes and the great thing is he is catching up to Adler's 6-12 month summer wardrobe. We've been off on seasons with probably about half of Adler's old clothes, but it looks like we'll be able to wear some of Adler's adorable Janie and Jack summer things! So glad to get to reuse some of those precious outfits! We love you, Eli, and so thankful to have you as a part of our family!
