Picture Update

Some pictures to catch you up:
Me and the boys at Chick-fil-A on a Friday night that Stephen was out of town. It was quite the event. Dinner, an appearance by the Chick-Fil-A cow, himself, playground, then ice cream. All for $13. Thanks Chick-fil-A! Note Adler insisted on wearing my sunglasses.

Beckett liked the polynesian sauce.
Sweet ba ba

After church, on a Sunday Stephen was out of town, I took the boys to Piedmont Park for a walk, playground, then lunch at Willy's Mexican. They were tuckered out!
Adler at swim lessons at the Y
Shelley's bday gift I made. Not sure if you can tell, but it's a travel kit for make-up brushes. It rolls and ties on the end. Happy 24th Aunt Sha Sha!!
Another victory
Thought this was funny - Adler must have taken this picture of me and Stephen still in bed. This is probably what we look like every morning to him..."Adler, it's 6am!!" Also, you can see the head board I made!
At the zoo with the baby panda
Boys on the train
Thumbs up! Adler wearing his "Rock the Creek" fundraiser shirt sent from Neanie
Sweet Beckett sharing his cookie with Cookie Monster Adler
Alder and the ladies at the zoo
My sad canopy, I couldn't get it straight. It looked like we were on the Oregon Trail
Swim lessons again
Still in the beginning stages, but a skirt I'm making in my sewing class
At the Sweetwater Festival...cupcakes saved the day and bought me about 10 minutes of sitting down!
Aunt Sha Sha came to visit! Couldn't get both boys to look at the camera at the same time! :(
The make-over
Girls trip to Amelia Island for the weekend
We drove through Savannah on the way back and stopped at Paula Dean's restaurant for some deee-lish!

Adler's Kid Rocks class at the Y - here they are doing the yoga pose..sorta
Easter egg hunt at school
Beckett and Grammi
All geared up
Stephen re-did our deck!
Adler and Aunt Rylie at the zoo (we go to the zoo a lot)

Would have been considered a victory if wasn't at the optical store....I carried him in from the car and just laid him down on the chairs while I dealt with the glasses.
Beckett thought it was funny too
T-ball, yes, this is when I realized it was time for a hair cut

Buds

The boys were having too much fun on the way to church on Sunday. We heard them both saying "weeeeee!". I turned around to find them holding hands and having quite a blast with their sun glasses. What sweet brothers and friends!

Weekend Makeover

Two weekends ago, we had a spring cleaning at the Hunton home. We collected items for Goodwill, a large pile of things to sell on ebay, and lots of things to just throw away. It was great to get organized. We also finally got matching bedside tables and lamps. We feel like such grown ups! :)

I also got to spend the morning at Scott's Antique market and I cam across these super cute benches. I got 2 of them to recover at put at the foot of our bed.
Then we got new curtains in the living room from Ikea to lighten things up for the spring and summer season.
Stephen also organized the garage! We got a lot done, but there are more projects on the list!

Picture update

Well, it finally happened. I turned 30! We had a great party at the house last weekend, but celebrated the actual day yesterday. We went to the Children's Museum and Adler fell in love with the mega train table. I think he would have been happy if we would have just spent the whole day there. His brain was on over load soaking in all the trains, tunnels, etc. Stephen and I were cracking up. He was literally shaking. There was definitely a melt down when we tried to get him to do something else. It was a great day and I was so thankful to spend it with my boys!
We started the morning with Blueberry Crunch Cakes from J. Christopher's. It was super yummy and it was fun to have just Beckett at the table.

He liked blowing bubbles in his milk.
There were a lot of random pictures to upload on my phone this time around. Came across this one...guess Adler had gone on a picture taking spree... Here are a few other belated pictures>>
Boys at the grocery store
At Piedmont Park...

Adler trying out a bike w/ training wheels for the first time...Daddy had to fix the chain a few times
Bath time for Beckett boy
Adler's Valentine party - shoveling food in his mouth during prayer
"Sharing"
Celebrating a great report from Adler's eye doctor w/ Aunt Rylie at Chick-fil-a. Vision in his right eye has gone from 20/200 to 20/30 in just 12 weeks! This was from patching 3 hours a day. The doctors were thrilled and so were we!
