Conversations with a 4 year old

So, I realize I have a lot to blog about, but for this Friday....I give you..... "Conversations with a 4 year old".......

Mom - "Adler, PLEASE stop wiping your snot on my car window"

Adler- "But MOM!! I'm drawing myself!!"

Mom- "Again, please don't draw with your snot or anything else on my window!"

I have to admit it was a pretty good self portrait. Complete with glasses!

Adler- "Mom, when I get bigger, I'm going to buy Christmas presents for everyone!".

Mom- "Honey, you know you don't have to buy people presents, we can make some!"

Adler- "No, mom, I want to buy them."

Mom- "Ok, well what would you buy Grandpa?"

Adler- "An Aquaman Costume"

Mom- "Hmph, good one. What would you buy Neanie?"

Adler- "a remote control car"

Mom- "What about Rylie?"

Adler- "A bat girl costume"

Mom- "And Shelley?"

Adler- "Uh...I can share my Jessie doll with her"

Mom- "What about Tom-Tom?"

Adler- "Oh he wants a Green Lantern costume"

Mom- "Okay, what about Grammi?"

Adler-"A race track"

Mom- "Wow, I bet she would like that! What about Uncle Patrick?"

Adler- "Uhhh..he can just share the race track with Grammi. That's enough people."

Mom- "Wow, Adler, this is a great shopping list! What about Uncle Bryan?"

Adler- "No, that's enough. He's not in yet."

Mom- "What do you mean?"

Adler- "I mean, he's NOT in yet!"

Mom- "Like, he's not in the family yet?"

Adler- "Yeah, that's right."

Mom- with lots of laughs - "Ok Adler sounds good"

So, this post is for our Uncle-Bryan-to-be! :) Watch out! Adler says your are not in the family just yet!! :) Just kidding, we love you and are looking forward to the wedding! But this conversation gave me a good laugh!!
