Am I missing something?
This weekend, I stopped by the juniors section at Macy's. Yes, I know I am 28 now, but I thought "well maybe?". I was completely surprised to find these pants! At first glance, I thought they were maternity, but then thought, "wait, no, I'm not at Mimi Maternity, what are these doing here?". I couldn't help but to take a picture of the tag showing that this is actually supposed to be a style? I guess the Macy's junior department has solved Katie's maternity clothes issues.....I'm sure these pants are really comfortable, I just couldn't imagine actually wearing them without a baby bump!

I'm seriously considering having the tough conversation with Kristine to change Adler's name to "Cheetah" or something and then quitting my job to become Adler's full time caddy. I see a lot of potential in Adler..maybe it's me wanting to live vicariously through my 17 month old., maybe I'm just a little biased, or maybe I'm right...Adler Ryan Hunton sinks a 32 footer for birdie on the 18th hole to win the 2032 Master Championship. amazing.

Numbers around the house
1-Number of socks I can find when trying to get Adler dressed
2-The number of books Adler has to read before going to bed
3-Number of Crate and Barrel glasses I have left from my 8 set I got off my wedding registry
4-Number of years living in this house
5-The number of large bath towels I can fit in my washer
6-Cups of coffee I make each morning (on a work day, 8 on a weekend)
7-Lucky number- day of the month I got married and day of the month Stephen was born
8-Size shoe Adler wears
9-Number of bananas Adler would like to eat in a day
*10-Number of loads of clean laundry laying on my couch - *see #1

Do the Bunny Hop
This Saturday AM is our "town" Easter Egg Hunt and Adler's first! It's supposed to rain (storm), but hopefully it will hold off enough for Adler to run around with the other kids, trying to figure out what they are all doing....
Family Vacations
Lately, I've been day dreaming about the family vacations I can't wait to take. I guess the warm change in weather has got me wanting a change of scenery. Here are my top 5 family vacations I want to take before out kids get to high school:
1) Canoe/Camping trip on a river.....I want to find the perfect river to canoe down, find the perfect over night spot, and camp out under the stars together...and make sausage, egg, and cheese tortillas for breakfast
2) Disney World-I want to be sure to take this trip as soon as the youngest one is able to go! I can't wait to go on some of those rides again! Maybe I'll have a little girl to take to visit Cinderella's castle?
3) Grand Canyon- I've never been, but I think it would be an awesome experience
4) Yellow Stone National Park - maybe stay in a cabin? hiking, fishing?
5) Caribbean Vacation - a relaxing vacation at the beach at an exotic location (this may be an early HS vacation)

Try this out...
I tried an awesome new recipe last week. I found it off of the Cooking Light website. It was super affordable to make, Stephen was a big fan, and it was healthy! What more could a girl ask for?

iTunes for baby
Adler loved trying out my ear phones today. I have his Music Class CD on my iTunes. It was fun to watch him figure out how to stick those things in his ears.

bath attack
Adler loves his bath...well, scratch that, actually Adler cries his face off when you put him in the bath right now (weird phase), because he doesn't want to sit on his bottom. You put him on his bottom and he cries like crazy, but once you dump some water on him, from out of his little red tug boat, the crocodile tears stop flowing and the laughter begins. We just had to capture a couple shots of the fun we have.

Disappearing husband
Sometimes Stephen disappears from the house. (usually when I'm in the zone watching shows like "The Bachelor, Where are they now?") He'll leave the house with his camera and go take random pics of the house, moon, street lights, neighborhood. He's missing right now, but I guess he's off taking pics of himself under street lights....see this or that or this one or that one or this time or that time or this pic or that pic or this night and that night for an example. But then, he'll post this and I'll be like "oh well".

I got it!!!
My birthday is on Sunday and my parents, using their super parents powers, found THE dress and sent it for my bday!! Thanks mom and dad!
