In other things Idol, can anyone tell me why this girl was busting out the ugly cry at the end of the show? (this picture doesn't do it justice) If anyone saw this, you know it was way over the top. And the cameras kept zooming in on her like a million times. It started to get really annoying. Was she really that sad that the other contestants were leaving? Was she just really happy she wasn't one of them? Ratings? Just thought it was a little much... Ok, that's all I will ever say again about American Idol...you're welcome! Anyone else willing to admit who they are rooting for?

ok, i have to admit i've been watching, although i didn't watch last night. i'm rooting for the dreadlocks guy, and the australian guy just because they are different and i like their voices, and also the little 17 year old boy that i would adopt if i could! Yes it's mostly because i'm pregnant and hormonal, but everytime that kid opens his mouth i get teary.
couldn't agree more with you about that cry. why the heck they thought it was a good idea to zoom in on her befuddles me.
we are rooting for Jason Castro. He's the cutie with dreds. He goes to our church and is a part of the college ministry where my husband pastors. it's pretty cool that he's gotten this far. he's the real deal and totally lig-git.
but i also love David... the 17 year old cutie who is always smiling and can sing like no other.
So, i have two favorites. therefore, i'm confused. :)
I'm loving David too! Stephen and I think he will win! That's so cool about Jason, we think he is great too!
